I'm a Florida native and a graduate of Florida State University where I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have always had a caring & warm heart for people & I truly understand the struggles of life. I'm very resourceful & will go to great lengths to help motivate, encourage & inspire my clients who are going through unfortunate circumstances.

I have years of experience working with individuals who struggle with past & current trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, excessive worrying, stress, self-esteem/confidence, setting boundaries, imposter syndrome & adjusting to life events & transitions. I'm also experienced working with adolescents & young adults who are struggling with unfortunate life circumstances, such as family issues, school, bullying etc., which has caused mental health issues.
